Kapow

Giving people opportunities to learn and grow is core to what DF Capital is about so, in 2022, we launched our Kapow! Kick-Ass Leadership Programme. The programme, which we’ve built in house, is focused on equipping our leaders, and those with roles of influence, with the skills, competencies, behaviours, and ultimately confidence to lead teams right across the bank the DF Capital way.

Go Getters

We recently launched our Go Getter Awards, for which colleagues can nominate colleagues for going above and beyond. These awards were established to recognise employees for doing more than expected, embodying our values, and making DF Capital a great place to work.

Grow With Us

In recognition of long-service, we award employees who reach the significant five, 10 and 15 year milestones of employment with a cash bonus and anniversary day off. Launched in response to a suggestion made to our Colleague Voice committee, we are delighted to reward commitment and loyalty in this way.
