DF Christmas Countdown Terms and Conditions

  • The Promoter of the ‘Jingle Jet Pack’ game competition (the Competition) is DF Capital Bank Limited of St James’ Building, 61-95 Oxford Street, Manchester M1 6EJ.
  • The Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over who are customers of the Promoter, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Competition (Participants).
  • The Competition renews daily between the hours of 08:00 (GMT) and 11:59 (GMT) and runs between 1 December 2021 and 23 December 2021 only.
  • All entries must be received by 11.59 (GMT) daily between the dates set out above to be eligible for the daily prize.
  • The Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. To enter the Competition, access this link jinglejetpack.com and create an online account to enable you to play the online game.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • Any entries that are incomplete or fail any rules contained in the online game in any way will not be accepted and the decision of the Promoter will be final. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are automatically generated by computer or completed by third parties in bulk.
  • The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • Participants may attempt the game as many times as they wish. Each Participant’s top score will be entered into the Competition only once per day. Only Participants with entry scores over 25 will be entered into the Competition.
  • There is one prize per day to give away, details of which will be shown via the online game on each day. The prize will be awarded to the top scorer who has submitted a score after delivering 25 or more presents.
  • The winner will be notified by email. Should the email be returned as undeliverable for any reason, including but not limited to an invalid email address, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select the next top scorer for that particular day. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within a reasonable time period, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next top scorer for that particular day.
  • The daily Competition winner will be notified of the prize delivery details and prizes will be delivered in a reasonable time period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of the prize due to supply issues or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. No other costs will be covered. The prize is subject to availability and is subject to change with no notice, at the Promoter’s discretion.
  • By entering this Competition, you give permission for the Promoter to post your first name and last name on our website and social media outlets should you win the daily Competition. The Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Marketing Department at DF Capital Bank Limited, St James’ Building, 61-95 Oxford Steet, Manchester M1 6EJ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by email to [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  • Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Notice, a copy of which can be reviewed at dfcapital.co.uk/privacy-policy.
  • Any personal data relating to Participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received due to technical failure or any other reason beyond its control. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.
  • No warranty or guarantee is given by the Promoter in relation to any of the prizes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, associated companies, and trading partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, additional expenses, injury or death howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence, fraud or malicious act), statutory or otherwise arising out of the Competition or in connection with the acceptance of these terms and conditions or receipt or use of any prize awarded pursuant to the Competition. The Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractor or the obligations of any third parties associated with the prizes (including without limitation the manufacturer or promoter of any prize). The Promoter will not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the Competition and/or the terms and conditions of the online game at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the Competition (and/or any related prizes) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The Promoter at its sole discretion and at any time has the right to remove a Participant from the Competition if it has reasonable cause to believe that the Participant has acted or is acting fraudulently, illegally, in breach of these terms and conditions or in any other unauthorised manner.
  • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • This Competition is governed by English law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
