The Platinum Trusted Service Awards, launched by Feefo in 2014, celebrate exceptional customer service. Feefo, the world’s largest provider of verified reviews, uses real customer feedback to provide an honest view of a business’s commitment to service. The prestigious ‘Platinum Trusted Service Award’ is awarded only to companies that have achieved the Gold standard for three or more consecutive years. We believe this milestone reflects our unwavering dedication to its customers and our ability to maintain exceptional service levels even as market conditions evolve.
In 2025, we received over 900 reviews from savings customers, maintaining our 2024 average rating of 4.8 out of 5.0.
